Low dropout linear regulator (LDO) is widely used in various electronic products, and the market demand is huge. More perfect resources are provided, and the ultra-low power consumption LDO RS3221 is introduced. RS3221 is designed with CMOS process, and its main features are as follows:
● The self consumption current is as low as 1 µ A;
● Provide output current up to 200mA;

● Provide wider input voltage range, 1.7V~7.5V;
